Hi there

 Hello my dear readers, netizens and members of the public.

I have been writing in several of my blogs so far, including this one, for around 11 years, covering various issues of judicial misconduct and infringement on access to the court adn independence of legal representation in court, very important issues, many people would agree.

Lately though, with a some interesting frequency, certain issues started to grab my attention that ABSOLUTE, VERIFIABLE BULLSHIT - and bullshit created by those who have "The Honorable" as their job titles (not much more, if at all).

So, I decided to start a brand new blog, a completely irreverent one, where I invite you to write to me about ABSOLUTE, VERIFIABLE BULLSHIT produced by the US - and international - judiciary.

I, of course, will verify any submissions, but I do promise that I will cover in my stories the prize-winning judicial bullshit, possibly, in video stories.

The problem (for the public and taxpayers), is that I am sure I will not lack material fo coverage on this blog - because this black-robed flock, the subject of the blog, is very, very, very small minded.  Since they spend so much money, effort, connections, do so much brown-nosing in order to get into that black robe, once they got into it - they think they do not need to do anything anymore.

After all, why?  They have a practically unlimited power.  Hordes of slaves - oops, law clerks, to do their work for them, and all they need to do is look pretty in a robe and exercise an imposing gait when marching to that bench after the court attendant yells ALALL RISE!!!! THE HONORABLE BULLSHIT IS PRESIDING!

And then come us the bloggers.  Especially those of use who know how to crack open and present to the public the - did I say it enough times?  - the BULLSHIT that they are producing from those benches.

A legacy due a criminal

While doing research for another blog, I have come across an absolutely hilarious piece of information. A county courthouse in Syracuse, NY was named : It is really difficult to make this shit up. James C. Tormey the Third was a criminal that was repeatedly sued by female court employees for politically or personally based discrimination. He was notorious in that he sanctioned an attorney for lawsuit filed against himself for misconduct. He was notorious in that he demoted a court clerk and subjected her to atrocious, unhealthy work conditions because she refused to spy on a fellow judge, opponent of Tormey in upcoming elections. He was notorious for firing a court interpreter because she had the audacity to be acquitted by the jury in a criminal court case brought against her by Tormey's law school roommate and bosom buddy the local DA.
